I am authentic, honest, and loyal and you can count on me to see a project through to completion, whether as an individual or as part of an organisation.
I teach the Theory of Games at the university level and am also a sound therapist, utilising the sound and vibration of Tibetan bowls to promote healing and well-being. With a strong affinity for applied psychology, I graduated as a Life and Executive Coach in Transformation Design and am a certified Facilitator of Business Constellations.
With over 10 years of managerial experience leading multidisciplinary teams in Bulgaria and the Netherlands, I have a deep understanding of diverse perspectives and approaches.

In addition to my corporate experience, I am the founder of two startups, a company registered in 2004, and a Co-Founder and Board Member of two NGOs. I find great joy in bringing ideas to life, especially those that enhance our quality of life.
I am a proud member of the International Institute for Coaching and Mentoring (IICM) and graduated with honours as a Life and Executive Coach from Noble Manhattan, UK. My academic background also includes studies in International Marketing Management and Communication and Multimedia Design in the Netherlands.

My journey
My journey began at the age of 18 when I was accepted into a university in the Netherlands, setting the stage for a transformative ten-year chapter away from Bulgaria. This period was filled with travel, study, work, and even marriage—experiences that shaped me profoundly
.
Through these adventures, I developed resilience, refined my intuition, and discovered my true self, all while forming connections with individuals who would leave an indelible mark on my life. It was a time of both turbulence and exhilaration, highlighted by my role as a Board Member at one of Bulgaria's largest media companies.
Approximately ten years ago, I embarked on a complete transformation. I embraced my power and shifted my focus toward a fulfilling career in innovation, education, and personal development, driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the world.
Today, my journey continues in the fields of energy healing and balance, intuition, and education, where I aim to empower others and promote holistic growth.

Valeria Dilova
Psychologist
Valeria holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and Bulgarian Philology, with over 45 years of therapeutic experience. She furthered her specialization at the College of Southern Idaho and the Milton Erickson Foundation in Arizona, USA, where she earned certifications in Hypnotherapy and Family Therapy.
As a valued member of the Bulgarian Society of Analytical Psychology, Valeria is a Certified Jungian-Oriented Psychotherapist. In her practice, she employs a variety of methods and approaches, including psychoanalysis, clinical hypnosis, dream work, and more.
"My passion lies in blending traditional psychotherapy and psychoanalysis with dream interpretation, active imagination, mandala drawing, clinical hypnosis, diagnostic tests, and archetypes. I believe that each individual is unique, and a tailored combination of techniques will resonate differently with everyone."
Rada Peneva
Illustrator
After graduating from the Bulgarian National Academy of Arts, Radostina has amassed over 30 years of experience in graphic design and illustration. She was one of the pioneering illustrators for the Bulgarian studio of the 20th Century Fox Film Corporation and has extensive experience in the advertising industry, as well as in illustrating children’s books.
Notably, two of the books she illustrated achieved 7th place in the 2015 Bulgarian market, a significant accomplishment. Radostina's creativity and imagination shine through in her work, making her drawings feel alive.
"My passion for drawing has been with me since childhood. It brings me joy, comfort, and a sense of purpose. What matters most to me is that the characters and images I create can inspire others."
